How much does house cleaning cost in Perth?
Regular home cleaning starts from $95 for a 1 bed / 1 bath home. One-off and first cleans start from $130. Larger homes and 5 bed+ / 3+ bath properties are quoted after a quick consultation. All prices include GST.
Do your prices include GST?
Yes. All prices shown on the website include GST.
Is the online estimate the final quote?
No. The online estimate is an indicative from-price only. Final pricing is confirmed after a quick phone consultation, walkthrough or site inspection.
What is included in a regular home clean?
A regular clean includes vacuuming and mopping floors, dusting surfaces, skirting boards and reachable fixtures, a full bathroom clean, kitchen clean, bins emptied, bed making on request and general tidy-up.
Why does a first clean cost more?
First cleans are priced higher because they usually take longer and help bring the home up to a maintainable standard before regular ongoing cleaning begins.
Do you offer commercial cleaning?
Yes. MCC Cleaning offers commercial cleaning for offices, retail spaces and small business premises. Commercial pricing starts from $95 per visit for small office/shop services at 2–3x per week. Final pricing is confirmed after a site walkthrough.
Do you clean Airbnb or short-stay properties?
Yes. Short-stay and Airbnb cleaning is quoted based on property size, turnover frequency, linen requirements and guest presentation needs.
Do you offer end-of-lease cleaning?
End-of-lease and bond cleaning is not included in standard home cleaning. It can be discussed separately and quoted if available.
